Background: Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis. The hyperproliferation and hyperkeratosis of keratinocytes key step in the pathogenesis psoriasis. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) mRNAs regulate gene expression various biological process, including function keratinocytes. This research investigated profile lncRNAs patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
